The VCC is fixed at 5V, and the output high level is 3.3V. The device can be powered by either 5V or 3.3V, but it is important to note that only one power supply mode can be chosen. If you select 3.3V, both the VDDA and DVD power voltages must be within the range of 1.62V to 3.6V.
